Angra dos Reis is one
of the most beautiful places in Brazil composed of 365
islands and 2000 beaches. Angra is often associated
with rock stars,
movie stars, models, and other glamorous visitors that

The main attraction is "Ilha Grande." Today,
this largest island and former pirate colony is one

clear waters or to go fishing. Along the coast densely
covered with subtropical vegetation, one can
go hiking and encounters breathtaking waterfalls some
of which are gradual so that you can slide down as if
they were water park slides.

hard to keep your eyes on the road driving around the
region because the views along the coastline are really
spectacular. Located approx. 100 miles from Rio de Janeiro,
it is spread out over an area of 316 square miles. It
has 4 districts: Angra, Cunhambebe, Ilha Grande and
Mambucaba. Angra is a must see region for anyone going
